We hired Rivers Home Works several years ago initially to provide management services for our mountain home. The improvement over our prior service provider was nothing short of spectacular. Chris and Elizabeth are true professionals with proven capabilities to provide periodic walk throughs, house cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, spa maintenance and exterior repair services. We have used Chris to convert raw space into a beautiful powder room, install kitchen faucets, monitor and replace toilet parts as necessary, remove and old spa and install a new one, build a shelving system in a storage area and replace a roof heat tape system. Although incredibly talented, Chris refers work to other service providers when the project requires special skills. We find this level of honesty and integrity very comforting and just another reason to use Rivers Homeworks as the company to call when you need something done.

Chris Rivers of Rivers Home Works has been my “go to guy” for the last four years throughout the Mountain communities where we manage and sell homes for banks, servicers and risk-holders. Chris has become a trusted partner with a wide range of skills and services necessary to help us manage maintain and prepare for sale, the inventory entrusted to us. Chris and his small company has consistently provided timely service whether supplying an eviction/trash out crew on short notice, winterization and de-winterization services, emergency and vandalism repairs, cosmetic repair or make-ready. Virtually every assignment that we have is time sensitive, price-constrained and often involves a hefty dose of diagnosis since we are not privy to the property history from the owner.

We have found that because he can handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, and other problem areas, we seldom have need for some of the other trades. Moreover, in addition to making often impossible deadlines without any drama or protest, he and his company are always a pleasure to work and provide a good public image for our company as well.

I have worked with Chris Rivers and Rivers Homeworks Services for the past 3 years. There are a number of improvements that have been made by Chris Rivers. We started with him installing a Flat screen T.V. And a will mount in the corner of my living room. He made this look easy and came across with the utmost professionalism. He then installed heating elements and light fixtures, this was also done at a very professional level. 


The other home improvements we have hired Chris Rivers for include - Installing Tile Flooring, Bathroom remodels and a variety of plumbing. 
This guy can do it all and at a professional level unsurpassed by anyone in the Vail Valley. I would highly recommend Chris Rivers and his company for any home improvement project.
