Chris Rivers started Home Works Services as a side business when he realized that his vast knowledge of home workings was in high demand. He knew exactly how to achieve what people needed and wanted to keep their homes safe and running properly. Since that time, the business has evolved from property management to a full service management and maintenance company. Chris’s amazing knack for troubleshooting and offering unique solutions is what continues to allow our business to grow. You can always count on him to think outside of the box to figure out what you need as a homeowner.

The right-hand woman on the job is Elizabeth Rivers – she takes care of anything behind the scenes and, like Chris, is always available to help with inquiries.

Chris and Elizabeth moved to the Vail Valley in 2006 from Minnesota and both worked for The Club at Cordillera, in Edwards - Chris as Head Engineer and Elizabeth as Sales & Marketing Manager. This, and previous job experience, allowed Chris to make the decision to get out on his own; Elizabeth followed a few months later…and here we are!

Founded in 2009, Home Works Services is a family owned and operated business. We have over 24 years of residential and commercial experience under our tool belt, including our 16 years as Home Works Services. We are members of this small community, and know what is expected in our valley, and how to deliver that professionalism and quality you desire.
